1. About us
Nikko’s Graphics provides graphic design services, digital products, and physical printed items, including but not limited to digital prints/designs, ID cards, stickers, and TV & Film prop items. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from Nikko’s Graphics.
By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including where incorrect pricing, product information, or availability has been displayed.
3. Digital Products & Designs
Digital products and designs are supplied electronically in the formats specified at the time of purchase.
Once digital files have been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable, unless the files are proven to be defective or incorrect. The customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own software, printers, or third-party services.
4. Physcial Products
Physical products include items such as ID cards, stickers, and printed materials.
All physical items are produced based on the information and artwork approved by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all proofs carefully before approval. We cannot be held responsible for errors once approval has been given.
5. TV & Film Props – Important Notice
All TV & Film props, including prop documents, ID cards, signage, and related items, are entirely fictional and are created solely for use in television, film, theatre, photography, training, or display.
These items are not genuine, have no legal standing, and must not be used for real-world identification, verification, legal, medical, financial, governmental, or official purposes.
Any logos, names, or branding shown remain the property of their respective owners. Such use is for prop realism only and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or approval.
Misuse of prop items is strictly prohibited. Nikko’s Graphics accepts no liability for misuse of any prop products supplied.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full for custom comissions before work begins or products are dispatched. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
7. Revisions & Proofing
Where design services include revisions, the number of revisions will be agreed prior to work commencing. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may be subject to additional charges.
8. Delivery
Physical items are dispatched using Royal Mail or another suitable courier.
Delivery times for standard services (such as 1st Class or 2nd Class) are not guaranteed. Nikko’s Graphics is not responsible for delays once items have been handed over to the courier.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights in custom comissions / designs remain with Nikko’s Graphics until full payment has been received.
Once paid, customers are granted the right to use the final approved design for its intended purpose. Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or modified for resale without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nikko’s Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
